Installations and Services • On site management of all aspects of all CCTV installations and services • Work closely with Installation Manager/Project Managers to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction on all services provided • Review new project proposals, and develop execution plans • Coordinate all trades and staff • Provide tech support and on-site help whenever required • Ensure high quality workmanship by all trades • Maintain installation and service schedule • Communicate with customers • Participate in Service On Call rotation Inventory & P&E maintenance • Maintain stock free of unused inventory at all times • Inventory forecasting and maintenance of required stock • Manage all aspects of CCTV RMA • Ensure warehouse is clean and organized at all times • Monitor and maintain existing network infrastructure • Maintain wellness of vehicles, surveillance trailers and solar units Leadership • Coach and support "Level 1 Support" & "Level 2 Support" • Create education, training, and development programs where required • Develop future company leaders • Develop new, and improve existing system integration solutions • Identify new market opportunities • Perform detailed analysis of competitor products and services Qualifications and Skills: • Valid Driver's License with clean abstract • Strong communication skills both oral and written in English • Demonstrate strong work ethic, leadership skills, ability to train, ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Working at Heights Certification • Networking and low voltage electronic experience (Strong networking skills an asset) • Ability to read schematics and blueprints Good to have: • Experience in CCTV/Access Control Installations (e.g. Hikvision, Axis, Kantech, HID, Louroe, Aiphone) What We Can Offer You: • Gas Mileage Compensation • Access to company vehicle • Company issued mobile phone • Ongoing training and certifications This role will require the candidate to complete background checks (includes but not limited to: references, educational verification, criminal check, credit check - where applicable).
