You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants. Tasks Your responsibilities will be triple: 1. _Management of the entire_ _business_ _life cycle management_ 2. _Management of the_ _talent_ _acquisition process_ 3. _Management of a_ _team_ _of consultants_ Your missions will be: • Clients and candidates sourcing • Sales and recruitment strategy definition • Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-makers in the Industry • Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhD degrees • Negotiate contractual terms with your clients and your candidates • Signature of full-time contracts with your consultants • Career plans management • People management • Business unit management Requirements Here is what you need to have in your backpack to make this job an adventure with us: • Native in German • MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development • You have between 0-3 years'experience • Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Engineering • Strong communication and ability to communicate complex information in simple terms
