Mission Brief  Help define how Isar Aerospace shows up to the world through our brand, design, and storytelling, developing our brand over time and shaping how people perceive and engage with Isar.   Your Role in Our Space Mission   Support ongoing brand development and the definition of our brand narratives, visuals, language and guidelines as the company evolves   Drive brand cohesion across all channels, also guiding and coordinating motivated teams across the company   Manage our social media and owned channels, creating, planning and scheduling cross-channel content in alignment with the communications team   Support with concepts and execution of ongoing marketing and CRM campaigns   Create and maintain a library of brand assets for use across marketing, events, communications, and presentations   Provide strategic editorial oversight for social media channels to ensure digital storytelling aligns with broader brand, commercial and PR objectives   Position Isar Aerospace as a thought leader in the European space ecosystem through engaging content and messaging, as well as strong brand development   Conceptualize and design engaging content (in-house and with agencies) across formats and channels   Collaborate and align on employer branding topics to ensure the brand attracts world-class talent and our company culture continues to flourish   Qualification Checklist  2-3 years of  experience in brand, marketing, content, and / or design   A proactive self-starter attitude—you take ownership, stay organized, and consistently turn ideas into high-quality output   The ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, while remaining resilient and adaptable   A strong understanding of brand building across visuals, messaging, and storytelling, with an instinct for what resonates with (B2B) audiences   Hands-on design skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar) and an eye for layout, typography, and consistency   The ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual and content assets across channels (social media, presentations, campaigns, events)   Experience creating and managing engaging digital content on social media, with a feel for editorial planning and storytelling across platforms   An impact- and audience-first mindset, with the ambition to continuously elevate brand quality and consistency across all touchpoints   A collaborative, positive team player who can guide and align stakeholders, while also working independently when needed   Fluent English and strong communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of German   Bonus Skills Experience in employer branding and CRM campaigns   A marketing, design, or communications degree (or equivalent experience)   Benefits  Employee Participation Program: Share in our success through our virtual company share program 30 days of vacation: Enjoy the days off to relax and recharge Company pension plan: Secure your future with our company pension plan, featuring a 20% employer contribution after the probation period Subsidised lunch: Stay energised with delicious, subsidised lunches every day Public transport ticket: Commute with ease using a fully financed Deutschlandticket Sport Clubs membership: Stay fit with our sponsored sports club memberships (EGYM Wellpass) Individual learning allowance: Grow your skills with an individual learning budget granted after the probation period Childcare allowance: Receive a childcare allowance for your non-school-ag
