The successful candidate will enjoy detailed research and writing creatively to produce compelling written work with an edge. You will be responsible initially for contributing to written bids for large-scale green spaces contracts in both the public and private sectors.
You will report to the Head of Business Development but work very closely alongside our Bid Team to learn and develop your craft as part of a profitable and growing nationwide business. The Opportunity
Your duties will include:
• Helping to plan and write bid documents
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Bid Library and Case Studies
• Managing the compliance and completeness of tender submissions
• Working alongside the Pricing Analyst and Operations on our financial submissions
• Working on interesting projects such as submissions for industry awards
The Person
Candidates should be motivated to develop their professional skills and have a positive, winning mentality. They will have good attention to detail, an eye for presentation and design, and the ability to write articulately. Organisational and time-management skills are a must in our fast-paced environment. The ability to understand the financial elements of our bids is desirable; the pricing process of our bids will form part of your development plan if so.
