Junior Accountant Downtown Vancouver Full-Time, On-Site Reference Number: CAN-BC-NO-133-050826 SUMMARY Reporting to the Accounting Manager for Doman Treated Wood, the Junior Accountant is responsible for full cycle accounting, daily cash management, account reconciliations, and a variety of accounting related tasks. EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly variance analysis Prepare monthly bank reconciliations Assist with month-end close under tight reporting deadlines Maintaining fixed assets continuity schedule Verify general ledger coding and approvals Participating in daily cash management Maintain Finance department filing system
