Talent 360 is hiring a Junior HVAC Design Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for an HVAC Design Engineer with 1–3 years of experience who is looking to further develop their technical expertise within an engineering consultancy environment. The ideal candidate has strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of HVAC design principles, with the ability to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary projects. About the Role As a Junior HVAC Design Engineer at Talent 360, you will support the design and development of HVAC systems across different project stages. You will work closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to prepare accurate designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing HVAC systems for building projects in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards. Prepare HVAC layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. Support cooling and heating load calculations and assist in preparing design reports. Assist in the selection and sizing of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and ventilation systems. Develop and update accurate Revit MEP models throughout different project stages. Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting disciplines. Participate in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design review meetings. Review technical drawings and identify design coordination issues under the guidance of senior engineers. Assist in preparing equipment schedules, technical specifications, and project documentation. Support senior engineers in addressing technical queries and resolving design-related issues. Ensure assigned design deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines. Work Details Company: Talent 360 Employment Type: Full-time Work Model: On-site Location: El Mohandeseen Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in HVAC Design Engineering. Previous experience within an engineering consultancy environment is preferred. Strong proficiency in Revit MEP is required. Good knowledge of HVAC system design, ventilation, chilled water systems, and air distribution. Basic understanding of HVAC load calculations and equipment selection. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of HAP or similar HVAC calculation software is an advantage. Good understanding of relevant HVAC codes and engineering standards. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and meet project deadlines.
