Rinvio is hiring a Journeyman Electrician Project Supervisor for commercial electrical project leadership and field coordination work in the Charles Town, West Virginia area. Pay: $60-$65/hour, based on experience Location: Charles Town, WV Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule and overtime may vary by project needs Type: Contract Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate electrical work while supporting crews, project leadership, and site stakeholders • Review electrical drawings, one-lines, schedules, specifications, changes, and project documentation • Help plan manpower, materials, sequencing, quality, safety, and daily/weekly priorities • Track progress, communicate field issues, and help keep the project organized and moving safely • Support code-compliant installations, professional jobsite standards, and project follow-through • Assist with punch lists, RFIs, closeout needs, and documentation when required Requirements: • Journeyman-level electrical background with strong commercial project experience • Electrical foreman, supervisor, project lead, superintendent, assistant PM, or PM experience preferred • Ability to read electrical drawings, specs, schedules, one-lines, and project documents • Strong communication, field coordination, organization, and problem-solving ability • Knowledge of NEC standards, safety practices, and quality electrical installation expectations • Reliable transportation to the Charles Town/Winchester regional project area • Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements Why this role: • Strong $60-$65/hour pay range for qualified electrical supervisors/project leaders • Commercial electrical leadership opportunity in the regional market • Professional recruiting support from Rinvio • Opportunity to support meaningful project work and future skilled-trades placements Learn more about Rinvio: https://www.rinvio.com Apply today and a Rinvio recruiter will follow up with qualified candidates quickly.
