We're seeking a skilled, hands-on Journeyman Electrician/Foreman with an active journeyman license to lead field crews and deliver high-quality work on commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their craft, and is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with a company that's scaling quickly and investing in its people. As a working foreman, you'll be actively involved in installations while overseeing day-to-day job site operations. You'll lead small crews on projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This position plays a key role in maintaining project quality, supporting team development, and representing Zeronet USA in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and work alongside a team of electricians and technicians on commercial lighting and electrical projects - Oversee day-to-day job site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard - Ensure all installations comply with NEC standards, company quality expectations, and job site safety requirements - Track and document daily production, including labor, materials, and completed work - Communicate regularly with project managers about project progress, timelines, and any challenges or changes in scope - Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs - Support, mentor, and develop team members by setting clear expectations and leading by example What You Bring: - 4+ years of experience - Active Maryland journeyman license (required) - Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills - Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, industry standards, and safe operation of tools, lifts, and scaffolding - Strong knowledge of electrical systems (low and high voltage) - Experience working on commercial and industrial electrical projects - Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules - Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for take-home vehicle eligibility) What We Offer: - $38.00 – $42.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications - Take-home company vehicle - Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance; 3% matching retirement plan; paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; paid lunch breaks) - Opportunities for advancement and professional development - A collaborative and innovative work environment with a company investing heavily in growth Zerodraft Maryland LLC (dba Zeronet USA) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
