Overview We are seeking an experienced Arthroplasty Specialist to lead the development and growth of our Arthroplasty business throughout the Tampa Bay market. This position is designed for a high-performing orthopedic sales professional who combines strong clinical expertise with a passion for building business. The successful candidate will serve as a key resource for surgeons and healthcare teams while driving market share growth, supporting complex surgical procedures, and expanding strategic relationships across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers. Requirements Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 2+ years sales experience with arthroplasty case coverage • Strong OR knowledge and case support experience • Proven sales performance Preferred: • Shoulder arthroplasty experience • Existing Tampa Bay orthopedic relationships • Experience with primary and revision reconstruction Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation package
