What will you be doing? You will be working at a leading company for the further development of production processes: Gibas . We continuously set up processes in a smarter and more efficient way using innovative automation and machining machines. Within our growing organization we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to serve our customers in the best possible way. In this versatile coordinating role, you will be the daily point of contact when it comes to breakdowns, maintenance and support requests. Together with the Manager Service & Support you are responsible for planning and directing the support engineers. You ensure an efficient deployment on various (pilot) projects, you think along with the customer and where necessary you steer and solve technical issues yourself. Furthermore, you coach the engineers in solving malfunctions as efficiently as possible. You are also responsible for all administrative tasks concerning the development and follow-up of quotations. In addition, you are eager to learn and are open to work with our techniques and make them your own. What will you bring?
