Employer: Corpcare Services Inc. Start Date: November 3, 2025 Pay Rate: $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience) Positions Available: ✅ Part-Time – Lubbock, TX Schedule: Immediate start after interview and onboarding Requirement: Non-smokers only Job Summary: Corpcare Services Inc. is seeking dependable, skilled, and safety-minded Maintenance Technicians to support facility upkeep for American Cancer Society locations in Houston, Dallas, and Lubbock, Texas . In this role, you will be responsible for general maintenance, minor repairs, facility inspections, and ensuring a clean, safe, and operational environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong problem-solving skills, mechanical ability, and a commitment to high-quality service and professionalism. Candidates must be punctual, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and meet deadlines without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities: • Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, flooring, fixtures, painting, etc.) • Conduct facility inspections and ensure areas are safe and in proper working order • Replace light bulbs, air filters, and minor building components as needed • Monitor and report facility issues that require escalation • Assist with occasional equipment setup or breakdown for events or facility use • Maintain a neat and organized work area and comply with safety standards • Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff regarding maintenance concerns Qualifications: ✅ Previous maintenance or handyman experience (commercial facilities preferred) ✅ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and light HVAC repair ✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks ✅ Excellent communication and time management skills ✅ Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented ✅ Must be a non-smoker (no exceptions) ✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer: ✔ Competitive hourly pay ($20–$25 depending on experience) ✔ Full-time or part-time opportunities (based on location) ✔ Stable work schedule ✔ Supportive leadership and growing team ✔ Opportunity to grow within Corpcare Services Inc.
