To Apply for this Job Click Here Overview We are hiring for production associates, on behalf of a leading manufacturer, operating in the production of materials for life improving medical device products. The role of Production Associate involves hands on machine setup, process adjustment using calculations and strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards in a fast-paced production setting. It is a high quality and fast paced work environment that requires the being on your feet for extended periods of time. The shifts run on a continental shift pattern Key Responsibilities • Manufacture medical grade stainless steel wire in compliance with required quality standards (ISO) • Adhere to GMP (good manufacturing practices) and maintain accurate documentation • Conduct testing and evaluation of in-process materials to ensure suitability for final production • Machine set-up and troubleshooting About you • Minimum qualification – Leaving certificate or QQI Level 5 equivalent • Strong problem-solving skill, and confidence working with calculations • Reliable to work long shift (including night shift) • Comfortable working in a high quality & regulated environment, with excellent attention to detail • Experience working in a production or manufacturing setting is an advantage but not a requirement • Good mechanical mind – ability to do machine set up Benefits • Competitive salary and shift allowance • Training and development in niche technical processes • Long-term career opportunities within a growing sector • Medical Health Insurance: available after successful completion of 6 months’ probation period. • Participation in the company sick pay scheme • Pension scheme • Access to financial advisor • Employee development plan and career planning, Further education & training funding • Company events • On-site parking To Apply for this Job Click Here
