Come and join the mission! Job Overview As a Japan Business Development and Partnerships Associate, you will support VRChat’s partnership and business development initiatives in Japan. Working closely with the Head of Japan Growth and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate partnerships, manage project execution, support contract processes, and ensure key initiatives move forward efficiently. This is a part-time contract position designed for someone who enjoys both relationship management and operational execution. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who can independently manage tasks, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive projects forward in a fast-moving environment.
