Keep reading! We are looking for a team member to assist our clients in taking care of their buildings. Our team's goal is to keep our clients building in a healthy work environment for their employees, guests, and clients. Job Description: • We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance duties. • The goal is to keep our Customers building in a clean and orderly condition. • Clean commercial buildings (medical buildings, offices, etc.) Responsibilities include: • Clean and disinfect surfaces • Cleans bathrooms and refills supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) • Dusts • Empty trash and takes to dumpster • Vacuum and mop floors • Log in to Bamboo HR upon arrival/log out upon departure • Finishes jobs in a timely manner • Always puts their best effort into each job • Achieves Rangel Janitorial’s and client’s standards • Has knowledge and safely uses cleaning products provided • Maintain safety of the building at all times • (keeping doors locked, closing windows, etc.) • Proven working experience as a janitor • Ability to follow directions and have respect for others • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets • Integrity and ability to work independently Requirements: • Punctual • Able to lift 25lbs • Team player • Responsible • Reliable • Hard working • Honest Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
