Position Summary Xtra Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Workers to support our client facilities. The Janitorial Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in accordance with client expectations and company standards. Essential Job Duties • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces • Restock paper products and cleaning supplies as needed • Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor • Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Qualifications • Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required • Ability to work independently and follow instructions • Strong attention to detail • Reliable attendance and punctuality required • Ability to pass pre-employment screening, if required by client Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds • Ability to push/pull cleaning equipment and carts Work Schedule & Pay • Schedule: To Be Determined • Pay Rate: To Be Determined Xtra Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
