Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist partners with inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our services. Educate partners on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their overall experience. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex partner issues and develop solutions. Follow up regularly with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved. Keep up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to improve support services.
