Responsibilities Offer outstanding support to end users in Italian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Provide training and guidance to users on utilizing various applications and systems effectively. Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements for service efficiency. Conduct follow-ups with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the support. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product updates to enhance service delivery.
