IT Support Specialist with Dutch Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role: Kraków Contract of employment or B2B Hybrid Responsibilities We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with Dutch to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of workplace technology across the organization. What you will do: • Providing first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems in Dutch and English • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and access-related issues • Managing user accounts, password resets, and access permissions • Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and workplace collaboration tools • Installing and configuring laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices • Assisting users with technical issues and ensuring timely resolution of incidents • Escalating unresolved cases to relevant support teams when required • Maintaining accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective Requirements • Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good command of English (B2 or higher) • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Help Desk, or a similar role • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 • Experience working with ticketing systems and handling technical incidents • Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management • Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Customer-focused attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently The offer • Competitive salary and attractive benefits package • Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work options • Access to training, professional development programs, and learning resources • Supportive and collaborative international work environment • Opportunities for career progression and internal growth • Exposure to diverse projects and cooperation with cross-functional teams • Modern office space and tools that support efficient work Job offer details Salary: Category: IT Country: Poland State: Województwo małopolskie City: Kraków Valid until:
