As an IT Support Analyst at Vertiv, you will play a key role in delivering 1st and 2nd level IT support to users across Eastern Europe. As part of the global IT Site Support team, you will help ensure the reliable operation of IT infrastructure and services, aligning local business requirements with global standards, policies, and procedures. Your responsibilities will include administering IT systems, configuring and maintaining hardware and software, providing user training and technical guidance, and supporting day-to-day IT operations. You will also contribute to global IT initiatives focused on service improvements and the deployment of new technologies. This position reports directly to the regional IT Manager.
