Your Day-to-Day • You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and other IT issues to keep systems running smoothly. • Set up, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment. • Monitor and maintain the company's network, including Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, servers, firewalls, and network devices. • Perform regular system checks and fix technical issues to minimize downtime. • Work with external vendors for IT maintenance, repairs, and issue escalation when needed. • Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT issues are resolved quickly. Who We’re Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • >4 years of experience in IT Support or Technical Support. • Familiar with firewalls such as FortiGate, Sophos, MikroTik, or similar tools. • Good understanding of networks, including Wi-Fi, VPN, servers, switches, and access points. • Experience supporting multiple office locations is a plus. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
