YOUR CONTRIBUTION • You support our (inter)national customers and participate in the on-call wheel. • You provide support for technical problems as part of the on-call service outside office • office hours and at weekends. • You will work with the team and our customers to develop solutions and workarounds. • You will receive in-depth training to enable you to provide independent support for our eurofunk solutions - you will learn about various virtualization solutions, operating systems, databases, communication and control technology, • You will get to know our comprehensive product range and specialize according to your interests and skills. • By working in the control centers on site, you will get to know our products in use, customers and the control centers even better. YOUR SKILLSET • To qualify for this role, you must have completed technical training and have several years of professional experience in IT support or at a service desk. • You have in-depth knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networks, and you’re passionate about technical challenges. • Thanks to your open-minded and communicative personality, you can quickly defuse stressful situations, demonstrate full commitment alongside your team, and find the best solutions for our customers. • Reliability, a solution-oriented approach, and friendliness are values you identify with. Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around € 45,738. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
