The Role We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Assistant to join the IT department, based in our London office. Hours of Work This is a full-time role based in our office located in Central London. Key Responsibilities • IT support for both software and hardware used by the Company in all its areas of business (e.g. office, stores, events, etc.). • Training users on the software and hardware used. • Development and maintenance of training manuals, FAQs and How-Tos. • Setting up new starters with software, hardware and Microsoft accounts. • Ongoing Microsoft 365 administration of areas in line with competency, experience and trust. • Basic networking tasks such as cabling, connectivity and CCTV. • Research IT solutions to various business challenges including the potential use of AI where appropriate. • Development and expansion of database and Excel driven business systems including any required data manipulations. • Any other non-IT tasks, as and when required by the Company. • All other responsibilities as assigned. Skills & Experience • Prior experience as an IT assistant or similar role. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. • Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. • Highly organised, self-motivated and ability to work with a structured approval process.
