This is a high-trust individual contributor role — you will be the go-to person for IT across the region, operating independently without a team beneath you, and with significant influence over how we secure and scale our infrastructure. You will combine deep IAM expertise with hands-on EU IT support ownership — managing our Microsoft environment, Atlassian stack, and AI tooling including Claude. The right person is someone who can diagnose a complex Entra ID configuration issue in the morning, ship a laptop to a new hire in the afternoon, and drive a process improvement initiative by end of week — without needing direction. Key Responsibilities Identity & Access Management Own the full IAM program: SSO, MFA, conditional access, privileged access management (PAM), and identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver) across SaaS and internal applications. Architect and maintain integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM; administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) as the central identity provider. Design and enforce RBAC/ABAC access models; lead access reviews and certification campaigns. Build automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) to reduce manual identity operations and eliminate orphaned or excessive access. Define IAM policies and procedures; ensure compliance alignment with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR as applicable. Monitor identity-related security events, investigate anomalies, and lead access-related incident response. EU IT Operations & Support Serve as the primary IT point of contact for all EU employees — owning end-to-end support escalation, resolution, and documentation. Administer the Microsoft 365 full suite: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Purview. Manage the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) at an admin level — configuration, user management, integrations, and workflow optimization. Drive adoption and governance of AI productivity tooling including Claude; support employees in using AI tools effectively and securely. Own hardware lifecycle: procurement, imaging, configuration, shipping, asset tracking, and secure decommissioning. Lead IT onboarding and offboarding — new hires receive working equipment and correct access on day one; departing employees are fully offboarded promptly. Maintain MDM/endpoint management (Intune or Jamf) and device patching across the EU fleet. Build and maintain a self-service knowledge base; track support metrics and drive systemic fixes over one-off resolutions. Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on i
