Position We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of IT Senior Business Analyst (M/F) for our client from the life sciences industry. Offered salary Salary: from 13 000 to 15 000 PLN gross/month, depending on experience and competences. You’re ideal for this role if you: • Have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant. • Bring at least 3 years of experience within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Legal Operations domain. • Have proven experience leading independent end-to-end business analysis initiatives. • Possess a strong understanding of Legal Operations processes and legal workflows. • Have hands-on experience with Matter Management, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Legal Spend Management. • Can effectively translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. • Have experience working with SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data flows. • Understand how to design secure, compliant, and enterprise-grade solutions. • Excel at stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional communication. • Collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, and external partners. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Nice to have: • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives. • Knowledge of regulated environments and compliance requirements. • Experience working with enterprise SaaS vendors and technology partners Your day-to-day responsibilities include: • Independently manage end-to-end business analysis activities across Legal Operations initiatives. • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements. • Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams. • Analyze, design, and optimize legal workflows, including: Matter Management, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Legal Spend Management. • Collaborate with Legal stakeholders, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and IT teams to identify and implement effective digital solutions. • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders. • Evaluate and support the implementation of SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture. • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements while maximizing operational efficiency. • Support solution delivery by maintaining end-to-end requirements traceability and contributing to change management activities.
