Teleport is an AI Infrastructure Identity Company securing infrastructure for an AI world. This role combines IT security, automation, and infrastructure engineering—building next-generation IT workflow automation, managing security and identity systems, and supporting internal teams across a modern tech stack including Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform. What You'll Do • Build next-generation IT workflow automation tooling using Temporal and Go running on Kubernetes • Dogfood Teleport products, specifically Teleport Identity and Teleport Policy, collaborating with the engineering team • Design and maintain hardened security and automation for macOS endpoints • Write IT automation using Terraform, shell scripts, and Go • Develop integrations with tools such as Panther, Jamf Pro, Okta, Rippling, and Google Chrome Enterprise • Provide IT helpdesk support including access management, lockout resolution, and system configuration What You Need • Programming experience in Go • Linux systems engineering experience and Kubernetes knowledge • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and shell scripting experience • IT security and administration experience • Willingness to work across traditional IT tasks including debugging IT tools, Okta, Rippling, Zendesk, and internal customer support Nice to Have • Experience with Temporal workflow orchestration • Experience with data warehousing concepts and platforms such as AWS Redshift, Fivetran, and dbt Extensive health coverage, annual expense budget, rest and recovery policies, retirement savings plans, professional development opportunities
