We pride ourselves on our client-centric approach, focusing on delivering measurable results and sustainable improvements.  This role offers a unique 50/50 split between Release Management and Toxic Asset Management, giving you exposure across application delivery, operational governance, and IT risk remediation within a global enterprise environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, predictable releases across legacy systems while also helping to identify and eliminate technical debt and security risks across the IT landscape. Primary Functions and Tasks:   Release Management (50%) Drive and coordinate structured releases in a non-CI/CD legacy landscape : Ensure end-to-end release planning, tracking, and execution (V-Model) Coordinate UAT environments, data refreshes, and production deployments Build and manage release calendars, timelines, and milestones Lead communication with stakeholders and ensure transparency Maintain high-quality release documentation (pre/post-release artefacts) Ensure compliance with Customer’s standards You will directly contribute to 6 major releases per year , including weekend Go-Live activities Toxic Management (50%) Support the identification and remediation of outdated or risky IT assets : Perform asset inventory using tools such as LanSweeper Analyse and classify toxic assets (unsupported software, obsolete hardware, etc.) Assess risk exposure and define prioritisation strategies Coordinate remediation and decommissioning activities with stakeholders Maintain full lifecycle documentation and exception handling Establish reporting and continuous monitoring processes Your work will actively reduce security risks and technical debt across the organisation We are looking for:    1-3 years of experience in Release Management / IT Delivery / IT Integration Knowledge of ITIL / Change & Release processes Strong understanding of test cycles, environments, and dependencies Experience in enterprise application landscapes Great stakeholder communication & coordination skills Ability to perform under pressure during Go-Live events Offer:   Compensation package:  Our compensation package includes a fixed salary with yearly evaluation and performance-related bonus, meal tickets, Easter and Christmas gift vouchers, as well as seniority, referral bonus, and peer-to-peer recognition.   Health and Wellbeing:   Our benefits package includes extra paid vacation days, hybrid working model, quality private medical subscription for employee and their families, and gym options.   Professional growth:   A learning-oriented organization with customized training paths (a mix between technical, functional and soft skills, as well as German and French language courses), certifications, valuable e-learning solution and firm-wide development programs.     For more information, please visit:   www.bearingpoint.com   www.linkedin.com/company/bearingpoint   ins
