For any questions, you can contact Henri Couchard, MSP Consultant , by email at: [email protected] Role summary As head of the IT “SAP ISU” team, the consultant will work closely with business departments and other teams within the IT department. The consultant will be responsible for: • Maintaining and evolving the platform (upgrades, etc.) • Capacity planning (resource needs) • Operational management (batches, etc.), excluding the infrastructure part • Managing the relationship with the integration partner (jointly with the IT Vendor Manager) Like all members of the IT management team, the consultant will manage people (staffing, objectives, training, etc.), methodologies (processes, procedures, architecture, etc.) and the budget related to their area of expertise, in consultation with the managers of the above‑mentioned areas. They will also participate in defining and evolving the IT Department’s strategy. In this role, they will be responsible for: 1. Establishing an evolution strategy for the SAP ISU ecosystem This includes setting up: • Technical and functional architecture • Management and development tools • Upgrade and maintenance processes These elements apply to the S/4HANA ecosystem. 2. Monitoring collaboration with an external partner that maintains the SAP‑S4/HANA environment 3. Managing SAP ISU This includes: • Monitoring the portfolio of current and future SAP ISU projects • Selecting and managing resources (internal and external) for the execution of SAP ISU projects Throughout your mission, you must comply with GDPR, ISO27001 and NIS2 rules. • The selected consultant will be assigned full‑time and will potentially work 440 man‑days over approximately 2 years , on a 40‑hour week basis, during the client’s opening days. • Services will be performed at least 3 days/week on site at the client’s headquarters in Brussels (1000), potentially non‑consecutively, unless expressly waived by the IT Department Manager. • Overtime or work outside office hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 – 19:00) is not permitted without the client’s express authorisation. • The consultant must take into account the client’s service continuity requirements and project constraints when planning holidays, and must agree this in advance with the Contracting Officer. • The consultant must respect the client’s “Code of Conduct for External Providers” (available upon request). Additional information The mission may be renewed for a maximum total duration (including the initial period) of 880 working days .
