Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 Hours/Week Pay Rate: $100.00 - $128.00/hour

Our client, a global technology leader known for creating innovative consumer software products, is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the evolution of a high-impact digital customer experience used by millions of users.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core customer-facing product experience.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve usability, customer confidence, and overall product quality.
• Drive the development of AI-powered and personalized product capabilities that enhance customer outcomes.
• Partner closely with Engineering, UX Design, Data Science, Legal/Compliance, and Content teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate complex technical challenges into intuitive, customer-friendly experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product execution from ideation through launch and continuous optimization.
• Utilize customer research, experimentation, analytics, and product metrics to validate decisions and measure success.
• Build alignment across cross-functional teams while effectively managing ambiguity.
• Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, machine learning trends, and digital product innovations.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex consumer software products.
• Proven success leading products from ambiguous concepts through successful execution.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience partnering closely with Engineering teams.
• Experience working on AI-driven, machine learning, or intelligent digital products is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer-centered product development methodologies.
• Experience using experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, and product metrics to guide decisions.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Passion for creating intuitive, trustworthy customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience launching AI-powered or personalized customer experiences.
• Background working within fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience balancing enhancements to mature platforms while driving innovative greenfield initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern product strategy and agile development practices.
