We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets. Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and ensure the availability of production and testing environments. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve operational alerts, incidents, and service disruptions. Investigate and resolve L1 and L2 automation failures, ensuring timely recovery of services. Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs. Participate in the management and coordination of major incidents, escalating issues when required. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement. Create, review, and maintain operational procedures and knowledge base documentation. Work according to ITIL best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and development teams to ensure service reliability and stability. Participate in on-call and 24/7 shift rotations to support business-critical services.
