As part of our IT team, you will work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical technical skills, and gain hands-on experience with real tools, systems, and everyday IT challenges. 🔍 What you will do During your internship, you will: • Provide first-level IT support on hardware, software, and network-related issues • Handle day-to-day user requests through a ticketing system • Support Microsoft 365 user and licence administration • Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software • Use asset management tools to monitor the company’s PCs and laptops • Learn how IT operations and support processes work in a modern corporate environment 🎯 What we are looking for You could be a great fit if you: • Are studying or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Have a basic understanding of Windows operating systems • Are familiar with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and LAN environments • Understand basic IT security practices • Enjoy solving problems and supporting others • Are curious, motivated, and eager to learn • Communicate effectively in both Greek and English • Enjoy working as part of a team ✅ Previous professional experience is not required.
