Description
iKnowHealth S.A. is seeking an IT Engineer to join our team. As a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare and radiology industries, our goal is to improve productivity, enhance access to information, and lower the overall cost of managing large volumes of data efficiently and effectively. We specialize in developing and distributing the Evorad® certified clinical software , a complete RIS / PACS / WORKSTATION suite that covers all the needs of a radiology department. Our software offers customizable user roles, multi-task scheduling, complete audit trails, and customizable medical reports. Responsibilities (Customers/Internal) Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems Provide technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues) Help monitor and maintain network systems, backups, and security tools Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions Participate with the IT team in routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows & Linux), and networking fundamentals Skilled in network protocols and operations (e.g. routing, firewalls, VLANs) Previous experience (academic or practical) in Linux system administration and network configuration Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Eager to learn and able to handle confidential information responsibly Nice to Have Familiarity with network management tools and systems, such as Unifi, Omada, or Sophos Exposure to cloud environments, preferably Azure DevOps Familiar with Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting common technical issues
