Encore is a global leader in event production and technology. Consistently recognized for excellence, recent honors include 2026 Chief Marketer Agency of the Year, the Ad Net Zero Award for sustainability, and more.  Learn more at  www.firstagency.com Location: New York.  This is a hybrid role, must live in the NY tri state area and be able to go into office 2 days a week (Tuesday plus a Wednesday or Thursday,) subject to change at any time but also based on school schedule.  The Program will run from Sept 21 to Dec 11th (20-25 hours per week) What You‘ll Get To Do: The IT Data Operations Intern will directly support the PMO and key business stakeholders in executing a vital Salesforce data cleanup initiative. Following a comprehensive data analysis of our Salesforce environment, this role will focus on systematically categorizing, prioritizing, and cleansing targeted data sets to build a reliable data foundation. This work will directly improve pipeline tracking, project metrics, and operational reporting accuracy while eliminating systemic data gaps. This high-visibility role offers hands-on experience across the end-to-end lifecycle of an enterprise data remediation project. Your Contributions Review initial data analysis readouts to identify specific, manageable categories of corrupted, duplicate, or incomplete Salesforce data. Interview business stakeholders and data owners across departments to understand data origins and operational context. Assist in translating high-level data analysis readouts into actionable remediation project plans. Help develop a prioritization matrix to determine which data buckets require immediate cleanup versus long-term monitoring based on business impact. Utilize Excel and Salesforce data tools to clean, standardize, and validate prioritized data sets. Experiment with approved AI tools and advanced Excel techniques for data manipulation, audit trails, and quality tracking. Maintain an audit log and status dashboard of cleanup progress to present to PMO leadership. What We Are Looking For: Strong data curiosity with a desire to investigate and solve complex data problems. Proficiency with Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, and text formulas).  High level of organization and detail orientation, with the ability to structure messy data into logical categories. Exposure to or eagerness to learn enterprise Salesforce architecture and AI-assisted data tools. Working Conditions: Requires ability to operate a computer, telecommunications devices and other office equipment for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday. Requires the ability to work and cooperate with other employees and clients at all levels and from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas, information and opinions to facilitate the task at hand.
