Requirements Job Responsibilities: Assess opportunities, align them with the company's capabilities, and decide on whether to pursue them (‘Bid’ or ‘No Bid’); Manage ΙΤ bids, coordinating internally with technical teams and externally with partners & vendors; Analyze and understand the requirements of customers as detailed in the tendering specifications (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and Public Tenders); Dissect competitors' strengths and weaknesses to inform how we position our bid; Organize documentation, compiling and providing relevant project references; Build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders and our technical teams; Develop tailored proposals, preparing technical solutions, methodologies, quality assurance plans, project management strategies, team profiles, CVs, etc.; Collect and review information related to the tender’s subject, including risk analysis, project stakeholders, assumptions, success factors, etc.; Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), estimate effort for work packages, and prepare project time plans; Assist with the creation of tenders’ financial proposals; After winning a competition, communicate the business requirements to the project/implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from competition to implementation stage; Analyze the outcomes, positive or negative, to refine future bidding strategies; Check the market trends to ensure our bids are relevant and compelling; Stay up to date with new trends, our competitors and partners. Mandatory Qualifications: University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent; Strong analytical skills, team- and quality-oriented, keen to learn and excel; Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio); Fluency in verbal and written English; Flexibility, responsibility, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Desired Qualifications: The ability to write technical content in simple, non-technical language that is easily understood by a non-IT audience; Familiarity with IT related services such as IT security, IT support, cloud services, IT Training, IT Consulting, etc.; Fluency in verbal and written French, German or other EU languages.
