Description
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment, liquidity, and cash management initiatives. Work closely with business users, operations, and technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments for new enhancements and regulatory changes. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flows, and user stories. Support system integration projects involving SWIFT messaging , payment processing, liquidity reporting, or cash management platforms. Write and execute complex SQL scripts for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and production issue analysis. Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production implementation activities. Analyze payment transaction flows and investigate production issues by working with development and support teams. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthrough sessions. Ensure solutions comply with banking standards, operational controls, and regulatory requirements. Support production releases, change requests, and post-implementation reviews. Requirements 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services. Strong domain experience in SWIFT Payments or Liquidity Management , or Cash Management . Strong SQL scripting experience (Mandatory) for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting. Experience preparing BRD, FRD/FSD, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation. Experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, and production support. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
