As an IT Administrator, you will maintain and enhance IT services ensuring stability, security, and efficiency, spending approximately 60% of your time providing helpdesk support to staff and the remaining time on infrastructure improvements and system administration. What You'll Do • Provide technical support to internal staff through the IT helpdesk, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges • Configure and prepare equipment for employees, supporting onboarding for new joiners and arranging equipment shipments • Be present in the Vienna office at least three days per week to support employees, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist with hardware-related tasks • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, documenting solutions and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity • Maintain and improve IT infrastructure including hardware, software, cloud services, and networking components What You Need • Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience • 1–3 years of experience in IT administration, IT support, or a similar technical role • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS administration (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting) • Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies including Entra ID, Intune, Azure, identity, and device management • Understanding of Linux/Unix systems (installation, configuration, and administration) • Basic programming or scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) • Understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, routing, and switching • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Nice to Have • Enthusiasm for exploring AI-powered tools such as Claude and ChatGPT/Codex for automation and workflow optimization Not disclosed
