This IT Administrator role is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing the company's software, hardware, and networks globally, ensuring technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently across multiple locations. What You'll Do • Manage complete IT infrastructure including networks, virtualization, and IT systems across multiple global branches • Diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly while communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and users • Integrate, migrate, optimize and monitor IT systems while proactively addressing system errors • Administer domains, user accounts, and support colleagues with complex system issues • Collaborate on IT strategy, organization, and security initiatives What You Need • Proficiency with Windows or Linux (both preferred) • Prior experience as an IT Administrator or equivalent • Familiarity with networking, virtualization, and user management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, demonstrate follow-through and can-do attitude Nice to Have • Scripting skills to automate processes • Experience setting up server applications and cloud services (databases, webservers, MS Azure, Teams, Git repositories) • Linux experience (mentioned as preferred alongside Windows proficiency) 20 vacation days per year in full-time position, free drinks, weekly team lunch, personal and professional development opportunities
