About the Team We are looking for a talented and driven IP Networks Team Lead to join our Technology Department. Your mission is to deliver a world-class network foundation supporting global mobile, cloud, and connectivity services. As the IP Networks Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing, operating, and evolving our global IP backbone and data center networks, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and highly available. This role blends technical leadership and hands-on engineering, guiding the team in building and maintaining next-generation network infrastructure across our on-prem and cloud environments. You will act as both a technical authority and people leader, responsible for defining network architecture standards, enforcing best practices, and managing priorities across multiple initiatives. About the Role Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers, managing performance, priorities, and technical direction. Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, data center, and backbone network infrastructure. Architect and operate high-availability global IP networks interconnecting data centers and cloud regions. Ensure network redundancy and resilience testing across service, infrastructure, and transport layers. Plan and oversee SDN and SD-WAN to enable automation and dynamic traffic engineering. Deploy and manage routers, switches, and firewalls. Implement and maintain IPv6, QoS, and traffic-engineering policies to guarantee consistent network performance.
