About the Role The   Relationship team within the   Fund s Group   c ontributes to Wellington Management’s mission by delivering   first-class   client service   to clients   who invest in   Wellington’s   sponsored   fund s .   These   clients represent   financial advisors, US wirehouses,   endowment, foundation, family office, corporate, and public funds relationships invested in commingled pools including Wellington Managed Funds – US,   Wellington Trust Company NA,   Wellington Manage ment   Funds - Global,   Wellington   US Registered   Funds   and Wellington Alternative Investments.   This role will focus   on clients   invested   within   Wellington’s   US   registered   interval and tender offer   f unds   and   the successful candidate   will be the key point of contact for financial advisor   clients . T he   Investor Services   Analyst   will   work as part of a team   responsible for but   not limited   to:   coordination of client   a ccount opening s and   closing s , client reporting requirement s   with   the   fund reporting team ,   r esponsible for protecting the validity and accuracy of the   client   data,   RFI s ,   c ash flow s , capital calls, distributions   and   other   direct   client inter actions   on   servicing   items. To accomplish these   responsibilities , the   Investor Services   Analyst   is expected to   partner clo sely   with other   parts of the business   such as Internal Wholesalers, Relationship Managers , Fund   Services, Fund   Reporting   and the wider Funds Group   team   to ensure the client ’ s   requirements are   me t. Speci fic responsibilities include   but not limited to : • Coordinate administrative aspects of onboarding/offboarding of fund investors • Coordinate new deliverables via   the delivery management platform and/or   with Fund Reporting   team   including documentation of procedure s • Complete recurring tasks such as   operational due diligence questionnaires and   requests for information • Oversee coordination of fund-related queries   from clients , adhering to strict SLAs • Communicate fund-related information to investors • Provide support to fund investors for client portal access, password resets etc . • Support   fund documentation changes • Contribute to fund investor specific projects, including system enhancements and process improvements Q ualifications /Attributes The   ideal candidate for the   role   will have : • M inimum   of 3-5   years   experience   in   the investment management industry,   in areas of   client servic e   or   operations , with e xperience with US Registered/40 Act   interval and tender offer funds • S trong relationship building and collaboration skills   and the   curiosity   to learn • Ability to cope under pressure within a high volume environment • S ound business judgement   and   the ability to synthesize complex issues and effectively balance competing objectives and risks , and the ability to think creatively   to solve business problems for clients • Strong communication and presentation skills • P roject management skills, i nfluencing,   team-orientation,   consensus   building,   and strong   quantitative , written and verbal communication skills • IT skills   such as python coding or SQL are an advantage • A   college   degree is required JOB TITLE Investor Services Analyst JOB FAMILY Investment Product & Fund Strategy LOCATION 280 Congress Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?  That’s ok. The base salary range for this position is: USD 80,000 - 150,000 This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process. Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
