If you're ready to join the driving force behind the evolution of interactive entertainment, we invite you to come play with us.    Playtika is seeking a strategic and highly analytical Director of Investor Relations to lead investor communications and engagement with the investment community. Reporting to the SVP Finance and working closely with the CFO, this role will shape Playtika’s market narrative, support earnings communications, and provide financial insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate combines investor relations experience with strong FP&A, financial modeling, and business analysis capabilities. Responsibilities: Lead Playtika’s investor relations strategy, market positioning, and external messaging. Develop and communicate a clear investment story aligned with company strategy and financial performance. Serve as a key contact for investors, analysts, and market participants. Support quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, scripts, FAQs, and related analysis. Partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and leadership teams on accurate external communications. Analyze financial performance, including revenue trends, margins, cash flow, KPIs, variances, forecasts, and business drivers. Build financial models, valuation analyses, peer benchmarks, and consensus tracking to support investor messaging. Monitor market trends, peer activity, analyst views, investor sentiment, and capital markets developments. Support executive and Board presentations on investor relations, financial performance, and market intelligence. Ensure compliance with SEC, NASDAQ, disclosure, and public company requirements. Requirements Experience: 8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, FP&A, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or related roles. Strong FP&A and analytical background, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI analysis, and performance reviews. Experience with a publicly traded company, preferably U.S.-listed. Experience preparing earnings materials, investor presentations, financial models, management reports, or Board-level analysis. Background in technology, gaming, digital entertainment, internet, or consumer technology is an advantage. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, valuation, and public company reporting.
