The Opportunity Expanding Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a personable and service-oriented Investigator to create a welcoming first impression for prospective clients. In this role, you will meet with potential clients, guide them through the sign-up process, gather case information, and, when needed, assist with transportation to appointments. We're looking for an empathetic, self-motivated professional with experience in sales, customer service, or client relations who excels at building trust and delivering an exceptional client experience. As part of our Investigator Team, you will play a key role in helping qualified leads become valued clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and availability for a rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends. Objective Provide support for the day-to-day operations of the intake department and other general duties. Desired Outcomes Accountable to sign up new cases. Meet with potential clients and complete intake paperwork. Demonstrate ability to converse with varying client personalities to collect pertinent details. Responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service. Fully investigate accident scenes, take photographs, obtain accident reports and insurance information and verify all parties by requesting documentation. Obtain witness statements if applicable. Report outcome of intake appointment to appropriate office staff in a timely manner. Accountable to provide general office and intake support. Act as backup to intake team whenever sign up schedule allows. Assist with maintaining data integrity on intakes and associated records. Maintain a minimum of 30 sign up packets with current version of all documents. Maintain stock of the assigned copy machine and intake fridge and proper shredding and disposing of assigned shredder box and bin contents. Complete various job-related errands for all positions in the firm. Provide back up for absent support staff. Travel to other office locations to deliver inter-office envelopes and other job related items or packages. Assist with management of intake referrals. Provide general office maintenance on as as needed basis. Additional responsibilities as assigned by Intake Team Lead, Investigator Team Lead or firm leadership. Accountable to maintain assigned Laborde Earles vehicle(s). Bring vehicles for routine maintenance and cleaning. Keep track of mileage and schedule oil changes and tire rotations when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicles (interior and exterior) so that they are presentable to clients at all times.
