Responsibilities
Execute inventory a llocation plan and reassignment of inventory vehicles
Manage the Regional Inventory Yards and the relationship with logistics partners, including tracking vehicle health.
Track , report on, and manage aging inventory vehicles
Align with Delivery and Sales counterparts to identify close matches and make recommendations to maximize potential deliveries
Support the development of analytics and reporting for Inventory Operations
Daily review of assets within Systems for data accuracy and same-day resolution
Identify discrepancies and bottlenecks within inventory operations to improve operational efficiency
Track and manage onsite parking capacity for monthly inventory planning
Work cross-functionally with field leaders and internal business partners to ensure smooth inventory allocation.
Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives or projects
Qualifications
3 + years of exper ience in Operations and /or Supply Chain
Practical knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and purchasing processes and practices
Strong understanding of Salesforce and other internal systems
Comfort presenting to the management team : making recommendations and justifying your decisions
Passion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience
Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
