Your mission Join Intershop Communications AG as an intern or working student in the Customer Support department. This role provides an opportunity to engage with customers directly, helping to resolve their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Assist in handling customer inquiries and support requests. • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. • Document customer interactions and solutions in the support database. • Provide feedback to improve customer support processes and tools. • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills. Your profile • Currently studying Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong interest in customer service and support. • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Good communication skills in English or German (at least B1 level). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
