Role Description
We're looking for a highly motivated Grants & Operations Intern to work directly with the CEO and support both strategic and operational activities. You'll gain hands-on experience in startup operations, innovation funding, project management, and executive support while contributing to real business initiatives from day one.

What You'll Do

Innovation Funding
• Research European, national, and regional funding opportunities
• Support the preparation of grant applications and project proposals
• Assist with project documentation and reporting
• Help coordinate activities with partners and consultants
Operations
• Support administrative and operational processes
• Help manage contracts, suppliers, renewals, and documentation
Executive Support
• Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives
• Assist in organizing meetings, priorities, and special projects
• Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency
Who You Are
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Previous experience with grants, startups, or project management is appreciated but not required.
