Description
Our client is an established tech business with impressive growth boasting 10%-15% increase in revenue and is searching for an International Tax Manager in London. As an International Tax Manager, you will report to Head of Tax & Treasury and work alongside the UK Tax Manager. A few of your key responsibilities include: • Manage the outsourced international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions (EMEA, LATAM, North America, and South Africa). • Ensure accurate tax accounting and reporting, including preparation and review of tax disclosures and annual tax provisioning processes under IFRS. • Provide tax advice on business initiatives, restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, and financing transactions. • Maintain and enhance tax controls, processes, and governance frameworks. • Oversee transfer pricing compliance and documentation. • Prepare and coordinate the Group's Country-by-Country Reporting obligations and work with local advisers on public CbCR filings in relevant jurisdictions. • Analyse jurisdictional tax positions for Pillar Two and transitional CbCR safe harbour purposes. • Monitor tax legislation changes and assess impacts on the Group. • Act as the primary point of contact for external tax advisers, auditors, and tax authorities. This business is well known for its supportive team and development opportunities, not only in tax but also broader opportunities in finance. To be considered for this position, you should be ACA, CTA, or ACCA qualified with international tax and tax accounting experience. Excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders are essential. Unfortunately, this role will not offer visa sponsorship. This opportunity offers £75,000-£85,000 base salary plus a 12.5% target bonus, and other benefits. The tax team are office-based 2-3 days a week.
