Job Summary International Product Coordinator supports international product documentation, product change management, registrations, certifications, and cross-functional project execution across the Nutraceutical portfolio.   This role coordinates product updates, approvals, label changes, market registration requirements, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.   The International Product Coordinator works closely with Product Management, Regulatory, Quality, Sales Operations, and Account Management teams to support international business needs and   maintain   compliance with market requirements. Essential Functions • Coordinate international product change processes, including label updates, packaging changes, product documentation, document requests, registration support, and   approval of   workflows. • Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and stakeholder communication using   company   systems and project management tools   to   support accountability across projects. • Organize, obtain, review, and archive documents   required   for international product registrations, approvals, certifications, legalizations, apostilles, and other market-specific requirements , including the delivery and retrieval of documents from government agencies and third-party service providers as needed. • Partner with internal departments, including product management, regulatory, quality, sales operations, and account management, to gather information, route approvals, resolve questions, and keep stakeholders aligned. • Research market requirements, documentation standards, product information,   regulatory   expectations   and internal system procedures to   identify   accurate   next steps and   support changing business and market needs. • Assist   with building packaging components,   maintaining   supporting data, initiating change request forms, and ensuring required reviews and approvals are completed. • S upport account managers and international sales operations by organizing documents, certifications, product information, and project details needed to support distributor requests. • Identify   process improvement opportunities that make product and document workflows   faster , more reliable, and less disruptive to cross-functional teams. Additional Responsibilities • Support company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures,   programs   and   initiatives . • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. • Maintenance of a clean and orderly work area. Job Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required . • Business, international, legal, administrative, or project coordination experience preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to   manage   multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency   with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and processes. • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements. Physical Requirements • Ability to travel locally to government offices, shipping providers, and other business-related locations as needed. • Must meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)   requirements   and   maintain   an acceptable driving record. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee   is occasionally   required to   sit; use hands to touch, handle, or feel;   reach with   hands and arms; and talk or hear . • Employee   must exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, and field of vision.
