We are currently recruiting an International People & Pay Partner for an internationally established group.

Your responsibilities
• Full management of monthly multi-country payroll in coordination with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements (social declarations, internal audits, GDPR compliance).
• Oversee and maintain employee benefits programs (health insurance, pension, mobility, etc.).
• Work closely with both local and international HR teams.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement and HR digitalization initiatives.
The ideal profile
• Experience : At least 5 years in international payroll and benefits management; experience across multiple countries or within complex structures is a strong asset.
• Languages : Fluent English required; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field – solid knowledge of social legislation is expected.
