Description
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team in Alcobendas, Madrid (Spain) As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for shaping how our employees experience and connect with our company, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and aligned with our mission and values. You'll blend traditional internal communications with broader HR initiatives, playing a key role in fostering a vibrant company culture and enhancing our employer brand, with a particular focus on empowering our leaders and streamlining critical HR processes like performance evaluations.  You will also support internal communications across the studio, which includes updates and visibility on key projects such as Turok Origins and major upcoming initiatives like a new AAA project set in the John Wick universe. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our employee experience and contribute to a supportive and innovative culture. What you'll do Strategic Internal Communications:  Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that inform, inspire, and engage our employees across all levels. Manage and optimize various communication channels (intranet, newsletters, emails, town halls, social platforms, etc.) to ensure messages are consistent, clear, and impactful. Craft compelling content, including announcements, company updates, leadership messages, and policy explanations, adapting the tone and style for different audiences. Serve as a key advisor to leadership on effective internal communication practices, especially during times of change or crisis, helping them articulate vision and strategy.   Employee Engagement & Culture Building:  Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Analyze employee feedback (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to identify engagement drivers and areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable plans. Organize and promote internal events, team-building activities, and recognition programs that celebrate achievements and strengthen camaraderie. Champion our company culture, values, and diversity & inclusion efforts through consistent communication and engaging campaigns.   HR Program Communication & Employer Branding:  Collaborate closely with HR team to effectively communicate HR programs and policies. Support our employer branding efforts by showcasing our unique employee value proposition, culture, and career opportunities, both internally and externally. Develop compelling content for recruitment marketing, such as employee testimonials, career site content, and social media campaigns, to attract top talent.   Performance Management Communication & Leadership Support:  Design and deliver clear, accessible communications around our performance management processes, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and annual performance evaluations. Develop communication toolkits, guides, and training materials for managers to effectively conduct performance reviews, deliver constructive feedback, and foster employee development. Act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, helping them craft impactful messages and communicate vision, strategy, and critical updates to their teams effectively and consistently. Facilitate two-way communication channels between leadership and employees to ensure transparency and address concerns related to performance and organizational goals.   Change Management Communications:  Lead communication efforts for organizational changes, ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and minimizing resistance through well-planned messages. Facilitate dialogue and feedback mechanisms to ensure employees feel heard and understood throughout periods of transition.
