Responsible to support operational transfer process execution from the initiation to the implementation and needs to ensure Tactical Buyer (TB) / Operational Supplier Coordinator (OSC) , Logistics Supplier Manager/Account Lead (LSM/AL) and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) take the right actions on time. • Responsible for supporting the involved operational stakeholders (TB and OSC) to ensure operational transfer flow adherence. • Responsible for reporting out towards the Transfer Manager/Category Manager/Service Operations on the status of each transfer. • Responsible execute operational process as efficient as possible. • Request for golden sample shipment, make an overview for steerco approval, makes sure all Operations Transport Coordinator owned fields in the Masterfile are maintained and will arrange for closure actions. • All supplier communication will go via the OSC, LSM, TB and AL; has a supporting role.
