SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES Having a mix of key project assignments and administrative tasks will ensure the intern remains productive while developing a well ‑ rounded understanding of our processes, gaining exposure to real ‑ world operations, and building essential professional skills. • Assist in preparing communication materials and official   correspondences   with   ser vice provider s. • Support maintenance and updating of user access in the   service provider   portal. • Support audit/review activities for   service provider   compliance and documentation accuracy. • Assist in compiling,   analysing , and   summarising   service provider   performance data • Assist in   review ing   pricing structures   and service offerings as part of   service provider   empanelment evaluation. • Contributes   to the coordination of   service   provider   empanelment   processes, including document checks, profiling, and system setup. • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) by reviewing test results and identifying any issues or discrepancies. • Support system enhancement initiatives by preparing reports, trackers, and summary updates. REQUIREMENTS • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel   and PowerPoint . • Good written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable handling administrative tasks and managing documentation. • B asic understanding of system testing or operational processes is an advantage. LEARNING OUTCOME S • Gain hands ‑ on exposure to   service provider   networking   in    a   healthcare insurance   industry . • Develop analytical and problem ‑ solving skills through data review, audits, and system validation assignments. • Strengthen communication and stakeholder ‑ management capabilities when engaging with   service provider s   and internal   department s . • Enhance   organisational   and coordination skills through   support ing   meetings, documentation, and project workflows. • Understand regulatory and compliance requirements related to   service provider   licensing, GL processes, and network governance. • Develop an understanding of system testing processes, including UAT, DR, and ORT, through hands-on participation in test execution and issue identification.
