Intern – Product & Business Analysis (6 months) Location: Istanbul, Turkey Workplace: Onsite (2 days per week) Department: Product & Project Management Reporting to: Product & Project Ownership Manager About Us We are a leading provider of fuel station management and convenience store software solutions globally, simplifying the complex day-to-day operations of fuel stations—helping our customers prevent losses and leakages, automating processes and improving profitability. About The Role We’re looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Intern, Product & Business Analysis to help shape and deliver innovative retail and automation products. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams – providing support with product backlog, defining requirements, and driving product excellence. You’ll play a key part in delivering impactful solutions for our customers. Key responsibilities · Meet with smaller local customers to understand their business needs and gather requirements. · Document customer feedback, requirements and open topics in a clear and structured way. · Support the team in release planning by helping prioritise customer needs and follow up on related actions. · Assist in Co-ordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. · Help track project and product-related tasks, timelines and deliverables. · Provide administrative and operational support for product and project activities as required. About You · 3 rd or 4 th year undergraduate or 1 st year post graduate · Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) · Ability to work 2 days per week for offices in Istanbul · Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills · Strong communication and documentation skills for reporting engineering work and collaborating across team · Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project needs #LI-CH1 WHO IS INVENCO by GVR Invenco by GVR is a dynamic and innovative force in the technology-driven retail solutions.
